Functional nutrition focuses on the patient’s body as a whole system instead of the disease. It is a personalized method whose primary goal is to identify the root cause of your health issues,  such as gastrointestinal distress, energy levels, joint pain, and mental health.

Functional nutrition seeks to maximize an individual’s consumption of nutrient-dense foods to address food-related underlying causes of health issues. It uses whole foods to restore any nutritional imbalances the body may be experiencing. “Food is the problem; Food is also the Solution.” Our eating habits or diets may be responsible for various health issues.

SPORTS NUTRITION

Sports nutrition is used primarily for the lifestyle of an athlete and can assist in reaching peak performance. Nutrition plans are used to improve athletic performance, as well as, enhance recovery. The body needs nutrients to repair and build muscle and even to maintain that which it already has.
